Resumen

The teacher innovation experience that we show pretends the introduction in dialogical key of literature gatherings in teaching process, to contribute for improving the disciplines where they have been applied (General Didactic and Socio-cultural Activities) and, in the same sense, improving the quality in the university. In this work we specified the theoretical framework of our practical experience, describing the development process, emphasizing the methodological principles, the stages step by step and, analysis of the experience with the students from teacher´s view. Then we describe the salient reflections about the formative intent, how to facilitate the gathering, selection and analysis of the literary works and the contributions for learning. Finally, the paper presents guidelines for the use of dialogic gatherings in university.
