Paisajes de guerra. Lugares de olvido

Laburpena

: Photographic observation of a small strip of territory (the central section of el Frente Norte) where the offensive for the occupation of Santander began at the Spanish Civil War. Images give a reading of the landscape of Valdeporres and Valdebezana counties (Burgos) under the attentive perception of the war inscribed within the landscape. Evident traces in some cases and only slight tracks in most cases are discovered in the present as symptoms of the conflict. The concepts of landscape, memory places and oblivion constitute the reflexive basis for the construction of this visual project.
