Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación pretende describir las características particulares de ESTIA (École Supérieur des Technologies Industrielles Avancées) y del efecto que las últimas reformas legales han podido tener en la organización y en el funcionamiento de ESTIA, así como en la satisfacción laboral de los docentes. La investigación concluye que los docentes defienden valores tradicionales que las reformas organizativas y las exigencias actuales lastiman.
