This paper shows the experience in the implementation of a massive and open course (MOOC) in the Miriadax platform. The course has been designed and implemented during the first semester of 2015/16 and has been launched in February 2016. This MOOC is aimed primarily at people with entrepreneurial concerns and some training in the field of management and business management, although participation is open to any interested parties. In this first edition, it has been registered a total of 8.698 people with a initial participation rate of 55,2% and a completion rate of 13,73%. The following sections show the instructional design that has been followed during the implementation and the main results extracted from the analysis of surveys and between interactions established among students through forums. Finally, we propose improvement actions that would be necessary to board to advance the experience of using this type of courses and their possible integration as a complement to formal learning.
