Laburpena

Hogeigarren mendeko azken hamarkadetan, Mondragon kooperatiba-taldeko enpresa ugarik nazioartean hazteko estrategia bat hasi zuten, eta, horrela, jatorrizko hainbat tokiko kooperatiba enpresa multinazional bihurtu dira. Nazioarteratzeko arrazoi nagusia kooperatiba horien enplegua ziurtatzea izan da. Baina zer nolako eragina dute enpresa nagusiaren "printzipio kooperatiboek" Mondragonen atzerriko filialetako antolaketa-ereduan? Nabarmentzen al dira Mondragon enpresen ezaugarri bereizgarriak haren filialetan? Gai horiek izango dira ardatz Mondragon taldeko multinazionalek Txinan dituzten filialak aztertzen dituen artikulu honetan. Hain zuzen ere, Arrasateko kooperatibetatik haien filialetara mugaz haraindiko zer jakintza- eta estandar-transferentzia gauzatzen den aztertuko dugu teknologiaren, kudeaketa-jardueren eta industria-harremanen esparruan. Ikerketa honi esker, ikusiko dugu Arrasateko multinazional koopitalisten filial txinatarretako jarduerak zer neurritan datozen bat Arrasateko kooperatiben balio, misio eta aldarrikapenekin, edota zer neurritaraino ikus ditzakegun horietan ohiko multinazionalen jarduerak eta balioak.
