Group processes, such asperception of clear goals, task orientation, monitoring of creativity, cohesion, and fluid internal andexternal communication (r - = .28) as well as positive, transformational, and oriented towards creativityleadership (r- =.23), positive and creative climate (r - = .21) are related to innovation.
