Resumen

Los debates sobre la Ayuda Oficial al Desarrollo (AOD), y su eficacia y contribución a los objetivos de desarrollo, se enfrentan a diversos problemas, entre los que se encuentran unos objetivos cambiantes, y la ausencia de un marco analítico generalmente aceptado. En este contexto, el artículo realiza una aproximación �mediante un Análisis de Componentes Principales� a las relaciones de la AOD con la pobreza y otros objetivos, situándolas en el marco de los diversos flujos de financiación, partiendo de lo ocurrido en las últimas dos décadas en 75 países de renta media y baja.
