Abstract
Sufficient conditions for f-contralability/f-observability of a linear time-varying system which is invariant by intervals of time are derived. The sampling points are chosen arbitrarily while satisfying the above sufficient conditions by taking advantage of the facts that the system (S.I.P.I. through the work) is time-invariant within each interval.
