Laburpena

Empiric evidence has shown the possibility to obtain competitive advantages from the implementation of environmental strategies, especially in those firms that work in countries with the hardest legislations (Northern Europe). In this work we will go deep into the analysis of the three key processes (clean production, ecodesing of the products and the reverse logistics) which allow the enterprise to fulfil the environmental legal requirements and, also, to improve its competitiveness. Likewise, we will analyze the Spanish Enterprise situation in relation with those three factors, taking as reference German Enterprise, for being Germany one of the leader countries in environmental subjects.
