Abstract
This paper identifies concepts related with the company's management documentation. These concepts allow raising advantages which use is important for the company. The complete documentation of a company is its hard, coherent document environment. We are going to analyse procedure documents (DPR) into this environment. These documents are business activity mainstay. Integrated economy model companies work in Internet. Thus DPR must be on-line electronic documents.
