Abstract
Training for coordinators of the Faculty BBAAUPVEHU creates the place to question the values of our identity and activities as art teachers. We encourage conscious teams from the systemic vision of the teacher as a person. The pillars of vital learning have been developed in six sessions with a development of a mural of plastic and a satisfaction survey. Once it is applied it is concluded that such tools significantly favour the interpersonal communication in an integral way.
