Resumen
"The development aid is an essential part of the social commitment of the University and as such can not be understood as an extra academic activity or restricted to individual commitments, but integrated in all proper activities from University," so is stated in Article 12 of the Code of Conduct of Universities on Development Aid. It is in this context that a group of teachers from the E.T.S. Architecture of Donostia of the EHU/UPV raise the Educational Innovation Project (hereinafter PIE) entitled "Development Aid as a framework for the acquisition of cross competencies in Bachelor in Architectural Fundamentals". The project works cross competencies related to development aid in the training of students in Bachelor in Architectural Fundamentals. This aim is proposed through practical exercises with active teaching methodologies according to the IKD model of the University of the Basque Country (EHU/UPV) taught in different Bachelor courses. The experience has been developed in different areas of subjects courses 1st to 5th in both Basque and Spanish.
