Abstract
The focus of this paper is the analysis of cash management on an ethical perspective, specifically, commonly accepted principles of the same; rational behaviour or "selfish" and opportunistic conducts. The review of approaches based on stakeholder theory and the application of this theory to business management, and in particular to treasury management, shows that the treasury management might optimized from a joint cash holding based on mutual trust perspective. In this perspective would mainly reduce transaction costs and reduce the risks assumed by the participants.
