Laburpena

Having scientific tools to measure facilitating contexts in the development of the learning to learn competence in the European Higher Education Area can be an interesting contribution for university teaching. After examining the available tools, we did not find any suitable for the measurement of the aforementioned variable. This paper presents the process followed in the creation of a questionnaire, using different techniques, which follow international standards that rule the creation of psychometric tests.
