Resumen

The integration of functional organic materials in electronic devices holds great promisefor current and future applications. Organic materials offer many advantages overtheir inorganic counterparts, such as high chemical tunability, low-temperature processing, and the prospect for low-cost, large-area manufacturing. In this thesis, solutionprocessablepolythiophene-based materials are investigated towards integration in spintronic, and low-voltage field-effect transistor (FET) devices.
