Abstract

The therapeutic management of the papillophlebitis of the young is a controversial issue; in fact, most of the authors defend the spontaneous resolution of the syndrome stating that no treatment modifies its evolution. We present high-dose metilprednisolone as a therapeutic option that speeds the resolution of ocular manifestations.
