Abstract
This project analyzes a didactic approach fostering ecosystems for autonomous learning in early childhood(ages 3 to 6) from an interdisciplinary perspective. It identifies strengths and gaps while addressing key objectives: enriching children’s communication in Basque, evaluating aesthetic and artistic education quality,analyzing didactic resources for temporal, spatial, and social notions, and assessing motor skill developmentstrategies. Twelve schools from the Basque Country, representing diverse sociolinguistic contexts (6 Basquespeaking and 6 Spanish-speaking), participated. Data collection involved document analysis, in-depth interviews, classroom observations, ecosystem recordings, team debriefing sessions, and surveys. These methodsoffered insights into implementation, emphasizing the child as the protagonist of their learning process.
