Resumen

we present the most important motivations, characteristics and conclusions of the in-service training experience of school directors and selected faculty members on the use and integration of ICTs in Primary Education Currently, we have tested this model of training in eleven Primary Schools of the Basque Country (Spain). We give technological responses, as well as educational and organisational responses. That way, we provide with tools and skills that will allow them to face the integration of ICTs in classrooms and the development of alliances and managing leadership to ensure the sustainability of change in schools.
