¿Son válidas y fiables las cámaras de video de alta definición a 300 fotogramas por segundo para la medición de un squat jump?

Résumé
Ibis pilot study aims to validate the flight time (FT) during a jump registered by a video camera (Casio Exilim F1, Japan) at a frequency of 300 frames per second. A force platform registering at 500 Hz has been used (Kistler Quattro Jump 9290, Switzerland). Twelve subjects of an amateur football team (24.2 years ± 2.2) performed 3 squat jumps in two different sessions recorded by both techniques. The results show that there is a tendency of increasing the FT when the video camera used in comparison the results obtained with the force platform. On the other hand it is noteworthy that almost the 11% of the FTis similar between both techniques. The video camera in a 1.7% of the cases records a higher FT and the force platform in a 0.4% . This results imply in a jump of 50 cm between 0.88 cm and 0.22 cm respectively, which are the best data found in the literature.
