Abstract

The purpose of this work is to analyze the historical problems in relation to the access and enjoyment of the unemployment benefit by fixed-discontinuous, fixed-periodic and part-time workers, the changes implied by the reforms introduced by RD-Law 32 /2021, and its possible consequences.
