Abstract

Service-Learning is an alternative that allows the creation of a university scene more humane andresponsible with community. In this paper the authors exposed some service-learning experiences carriedout at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU); more specifically at the Faculty of Educationlocated in Bilbo, at the Faculty of Industrial Relations and Social Work located in Vitoria-Gasteiz,and at the Faculty of Education and Sport located in Vitoria-Gasteiz. After the analysis of experiences, itcan be concluded that all of them develop skills of grades and are linked with different social agents. Inaddition, proposals’ types facilitate the achievements the theory suggests. Finally, the authors coincidein pointing out the need to institutionalize this pedagogical proposal.
