Una experiencia transfronteriza de colaboración en el ámbito de la Gestión de Proyectos

From our experience in IT Project Management and interagency collaboration in teaching thereof, in this paper we present a collaborative experience based on the adaptation and implementation of the spiral model projects in general, and the video creation project in particular in another study center, but within very different organizational, cultural and existential parameters. Based on experience and data obtained in the last years, we present this collaboration based on the necessary adaptation of the model through a process of exposure, reflection and cooperative reelaboration between groups of teachers involved in both centers. We analyze the organizational, pedagogical and management model to adjust and adapt in a integrated way, consistent with the objectives, constraints and needs of the new center. On the other hand, this experience provides us of evidence that we are not requiring students tasks beyond their competence or cognitive levels, at the same time we can monitor the posterior use of the experience data in related subjects, for continuous improvement processes. The experience proposal is extensible to other centers and studies that assess specifically teamwork as an activity subject of reflection and improvement.
