Abstract
In this article we present some reflections aboutteamwork when teaching Project Management in aComputer Science Degree. These reflections arebased on the experience of six years training, guidingand evaluating student teams. We revise theprinciples, methods and processes used working withthese teams and think over the workload that itinvolves for teachers. We also raise a discussionabout the relation among students’ dedication, teachers’ dedication and the limits of scale that appearwhen it is necessary to evaluate the individualperformance within the framework of teams thatshould obtain collective results
