Zusammenfassung

A correct fight against corruption requires the punishment of certain behaviors harmful to the correct management of the public budget. For this, the majority of laws in the world have provisions aimed at sanctioning the appropriation of public funds. But not all of them contemplate their unfair administration, much less the diversion of public funds. The sanction of both conducts is nowadays absolutely necessary, although not sufficient.
