Zusammenfassung
The order of Provincial Court of Bizkaia, October 19, 2020 dismisses an appeal, confirming an order of a Court of First Instance, that solving a plea of lack of jurisdiction, endorsed the existence of an agreement of submission to arbitration, preventing judicial intervention. In this legal framework, in which the existence of an agreement to submit to arbitration and its resignation are main issues, arbitration–jurisdiction relationship is also analyzed, in general, and with respect to the issues raised in the specific case, in particular.
