Zusammenfassung
The study of materials mechanical properties is fundamental to determine their practical applicability. In polymeric materials the hydrogen bonds determine not only their mechanical properties but also other characteristics such as the melting point or their solubility in different media. In this paper some of the polymer structural features that determine the hydrogen bonding density, as well as some of the resulting properties, are defined and discussed
