Zusammenfassung
Following the traditional planning model, it is found that, considering their use, there is an opposition between rural and urban areas. In some villages in Guipuzkoa, it is difficult to maintain these interest in developing new uses in the periurban area has dissolved the boundaries between these two areas. After the study of the different development of 3 cultural interest architectural projects in periurban area, it can be realized that these are contradictory criteria for the urbanistic concession of these urban uses in rural areas.
