Résumé
The technological revolution in information and communication, which are seeing, which is producing, in turn, a "digitization of the modern state" is causing, according to M. Castells and researcher Dr. Merejo, major changes in our conception and experience of time, space, near and far, as well as what it means to know things. Today, we have already done the "logic of communication for many-to-many", where the boundaries between producers, distributors and consumers of information are broken and where social relations are reconfigured communication under extreme conditions communicative interactivity.
