Zusammenfassung
In relation with the interest expressed by antropology in analysing the implications of religious beliefs in nutrition, this work intends to contribute with a juridical approach. The idea is to find out if an analysis of Spanish legislation currently in force allows people belonging to religious minorities to claim that they should be served food that does not contradict their religious habits, a matter that requires special interest in terms of the religious plurality brought about by immigration.
