Résumé
We present the case of the patient with reumatologycal disease and miliar tuberculosis. Atthe same time a revision of all the tuberculosis diseases in our Hospital of Basurto during1983 to 1992 is shown and wich of them had collagenosis or Immunosuppressivetreatments. Clinical observation: a 74 years old man who had arthritis rheumatoid of 20years of evolution, treated with Methotrexato and steroid drug with and age-oldreticulonodular pattern in the chest X-rays. He had fever and the immunospresor therapy ledus to think in tuberculosis that was diagnosticated with positive smear cultive. Our Hospitalcould find 1021 tuberculosis in ten years (1983-1992) and 19 (1,7%) had any collagenosisdisease and besides, 56 (5%) had Immunosuppressives agents as treatment of cancer.Discussion: we can find tuberculosis disease in all kind of immunodeficiency and not only inVHI infection.
