Résumé
The present research aims to describe the particular characteristics of ESTIA (Ecole Supérieur des Technologies Industrielles Avancées), and the effect that the latest legal reforms have had on the organization and functioning of ESTIA, as well as, on the job satisfaction of teachers. The research concludes that teachers defend traditional values that organizational reforms and current demands hurts. Keywords: ESTIA; reforms; organization; educational satisfaction.
