Zusammenfassung
The following piece is intended to be a tribute to Professor Manuel Tuñón de Lara and his teaching on writing Spanish labour movement�s History. Tuñón warned about the imprecise and inaccurate �social anthropology� that led to the suppression of the history of labour parties and organizations. Hence, this article is about the specific practices, acronyms and identity signs of some of the labour parties and organizations during the Spanish II Republic.
