Zusammenfassung
In this paper, we describe the structure and the various issues that have been ad- dressed in the development of a software tool for the Basque Parliament, that allows the generation of subtitles for videos with the verbatim transcripts available. Most of the diffi- culties were found performing text preprocessing and synchronizing text to audio. The tool has the ability to deal with multilingual resources which has also been a major source of difficulty.
