Abstract

The next incorporation of the European institutions of high education in the European Higher Education Area has prompted the persons responsible for higher education to change the current programs, the educational methodologies used and the university education, in general. In order to make a compared analysis of the educational methodologies in the European universities, the Commission for the Renovation of the Educational Methodologies in the University, dependent on the Ministry of Education and Science, in collaboration with the Council of University Coordination and the UNESCO Catedra, has drawn up in 2005/2006 an on line survey to the Erasmus program students who go from Spanish universities to Europeans and those proceeding from European universities that complete some period of their higher education in the Spanish universities. In this work we present the results obtained from the answers of Spanish Erasmus students including a comparison of the Spanish university and the European universities
